Terms & conditions of hire

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings given to and accepted by 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd.
Throughout these conditions 'you" means the hirer and "we' means 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd.

*You must pay your full balance for hire of the equipment as set out in your email booking confirmation from 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd, which is no later than two days prior to your booking if paying via bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and set up of the equipment if payment has not been received.

*Our trained and uniformed members of staff will deliver the hired equipment to you on the date and to the address specified in your booking confirmation.

*It is your responsibility to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment hired.

*A responsible person over 18 years of age, who is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, must closely supervise the hired equipment at all times.

*No adults should use the hired equipment unless you have hired adult equipment that is suitable for adult users, otherwise, the maximum age limit is 14 years, excluding the toddler equipment which is 3 years.

*All footwear, glasses, badges, jewellery or other hard, sharp or dangerous objects must be removed before using the hire equipment.

*Always ensure the hired equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to the age and size of the children using it. We advise that children of mixed ages should not use the hired equipment at the same time.

*Do not allow children or adults to become boisterous, push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

*Food, drink and chewing gum are not to be consumed on the hired equipment.

*Smoking, barbecues, or pets are not allowed on or near the equipment.

*No party poppers, henna tattoos, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the hired equipment.

*The equipment must be returned in an acceptable condition, for example clean, unsoiled and undamaged. If it is soiled or damaged, you the hirer agree to pay any sums incurred to cover cleaning costs at £15 and any costs of repair, replacement and/or loss of earnings as a result of the equipment being unavailable to be rehired.

*1-2-3 Bounce Ltd and/or any of their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to person(s) or property sustained as a result of any failure by any persons to follow these terms and conditions or any other rules, instructions or conditions given to you by 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd.

*Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls or beams of any inflatable equipment is dangerous and must not be allowed.

*Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron of the inflatable as a person could bounce and fall off the step and injure themselves, the step is there to assist users to access and egress onto the inflatable.

*Anyone who is feeling unwell or has a history of back and neck problems should not be allowed on the inflatable equipment.

*In the event of rain please remove children/adults from the inflatable equipment. Do not switch the electrical equipment off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable is dried with a towel before children/adults are allowed back on the hired equipment as they become slippery when wet.

*In the event of an inflatable deflating, it is your responsibility to get everyone off the equipment as quickly and as safely as possible.

*Make the area behind the inflatable, where the electrical blower is sited, out of bounds for children.

*No unauthorised person should move or tamper with the inflatable or electrical equipment.

*We reserve the right to cancel the booking due to forecasted lightning, consistent rain +40% or wind speeds/gusts at 24mph or over (if your booking is cancelled there will be no charge to you the customer).

*During hire and in the event of rain or high wind speeds including gusts of 24mph or over, we reserve the right to come and take down any inflatable during the party/event if we believe it's unsafe.
