The following statement is applicable for - HALL HIRES ONLY

We ask all of our hall booking customers for the venue hire times from/too and party start/finish times, our promise to you is that the hired equipment will be set up in time for when party begins and will not be taken down until the party finish time you provided us.

We are unable to agree to fixed times such as "I would like the inflatable to be delivered at 1pm and collected at 5pm", this is because with a high number of hall bookings all with different venue hire times as well as party start and finish times we can not be restricted to fixed times.

We require a minimum of 30 minutes either side of the party to provide us with some flexibility.

Once our delivery schedule has been planned we will contact you 5 days prior to your booking with a more precise delivery and collection time.
