Cancellation Policy

1-2-3 Bounce Ltd do not require a deposit when booking (excluding wedding carousel / toxic obstacle course) like most other inflatable hire companies however late cancellations will then cost us money as the short notice won't give sufficient time for the inflatable to be re hired, please read our cancellation policy thoroughly.

All cancellations must be made in one of two ways, over the phone by calling 07470 666125 or via email on info@1-2-3bounce.co.uk, cancellations will not be accepted by any other method.

The following charges will apply to all bookings when cancelled by you the customer.

Cancellation for all bookings:

• Cancellation 7 full days prior to your booking - No charge
• Cancellation between 3-6 days prior to your booking - 25% of total cost
• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to your booking - 50% of total cost
• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to your booking - 100% of total cost

Cancellation by 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd due to unsuitable surface area or size (APPLICABLE FOR OUTDOOR HIRES ONLY):

• As the hirer it is your responsibility to measure the size of your garden to ensure the inflatable you have booked will fit, we do request a picture of your garden to try and avoid us arriving on the day and the equipment not fitting.
• It is also your responsibility to ensure the access into your garden is wide enough and clear of any obstructions to allow us good access on the day. (Minimum width into garden is 0.8m (80cm) or for bigger inflatables 1m (100cm).

1-2-3 Bounce Ltd reserve the right to cancel / refuse set up of any of our equipment if:

• The set up area is of an insufficient size resulting in the inflatable hired not fitting
• If there are low hanging trees/branches/cables that could cause damage to our inflatable
• If we can't physically access your garden
• The surface area type is not suitable for appropriate anchorage - (Real grass only for outdoor bookings)

Poor Weather:

If the weather forecast is at least 40% rain or wind speeds/gusts are in excess of 24mph the booking will be cancelled. We do not make the final decision with the weather until late afternoon the day before your booking. We monitor the weather daily and if its looking unlikely your booking will be going ahead we will let you know 3/4 days before your booking to give you time to seek an indoor venue if you decide this is an option for you.

If we do cancel due to weather, there will be no charge to you the customer.
